GKC was started in 1992 by Adrian Lucey. The initial focus of the business was to provide cost effective consultancy services to private sector SMEs and other small organisations.
The business has continued to develop and diversify and has become more involved in the social enterprise sector in recent years, whilst maintaining close working relationships with private sector clients.
The majority of business is gained as a result of referrals and reputation and GKC tends to be asked to address discrete and sometimes sensitive or challenging issues rather than undertake long term contracts.
Adrian retains ongoing relationships with many clients who use his skills and expertise from time to time.
