Adrian tends to work alone, as opposed to bringing in an outside team, often in close contact with the leaders of an enterprise, but works within and as part of the organisation where this is appropriate.
He believes in applying expertise in an holistic way to an organisation rather than in concentrating solely on one aspect to the disadvantage of the whole.
Very few of the interactions are ‘standard’ and Adrian prefers to meet and discuss the needs of a client before offering to help. In his experience, it is important that the relationship between himself and a client is based on a clear understanding of what is needed and how this may be achieved. Adrian tends to work in the North of the UK but has also worked in London and the Midlands.
